Sweden’s Dark Tranquillity are one of few bands from the town of Gothenburg credited with pioneering and popularising the melodic death metal style, and on 13th album Endtime Signals the essence of what they refined in the 90s and 2000s through such iconic albums as The Gallery and Character remains as pure as it ever was.

With a moodier in tone than their contemporaries In Flames and At The Gates, Dark Tranquillity’s thick and cold atmosphere hangs over every song - the band’s trademark riffs, sterile keyboards, and razor sharp rasping vocals punch through the clouds of fear, dread, and anxiety - a sonic victory lap that leaves no element of the past behind while proving that they still certainly have it.

On their first Australian visit in more than a decade, the band will be joined by Melbourne’s Eye Of The Enemy for three exclusive shows in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
